Chris has been with the practice since 2016, bringing over three decades of dental and leadership experience to her role. She began her dental career in Illinois as a dental assistant and periodontal surgical assistant from 1987 to 2003. Her journey continued as a hygiene patient coordinator and later as a dental office manager starting in 2008. Her extensive background bridges clinical care with operational excellence, helping create a smooth and welcoming experience for both patients and team members.
At Preferred Family Dentistry, Chris is dedicated to cultivating a practice grounded in trust, teamwork and compassion. She oversees daily operations, manages finances, ensures compliance and supports the team in delivering the highest level of care. What she values most is the genuine sense of community that defines the practice and the ability to build lasting relationships with patients through integrity and professionalism.
Born in Chicago and raised in Round Lake Beach, Chris was inspired by the work ethic of her parents—her father, a roofer, and her mother, a security officer. These early lessons in perseverance and service shaped her values and continue to guide her work today. Before joining the dental field, she also gained business and customer service experience managing a gas and food store in Palatine, Illinois.
Outside the office, Chris embraces a rich personal life. She married her husband in 2020 with a drive-through wedding at the Little White Chapel in Las Vegas and is a proud stepmother to four children. She enjoys hands-on hobbies like making candles, sugar scrubs and handmade jewelry, as well as cooking for loved ones. These creative outlets keep her balanced and inspired. One of her biggest dreams is to drive a race car one day. Chris believes in living life with purpose, chasing passions and making every moment count.

Emy has over 30 years of experience in general and specialized dental care. After completing her dental education in Hawaii, she worked at two practices there for more than three decades before joining Preferred Family Dentistry in 2018. Her compassionate approach, clinical expertise and calm presence help ensure patients feel comfortable and cared for at every visit.
Originally from the Philippines, Emy grew up in a large, hardworking family that shaped her strong values and dedication to helping others. She has been married since 2002 and is a proud mother of two. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active through hiking and workouts, expressing her creativity with DIY projects and crafts and spending time at the shooting range. Her personal and professional life reflect her passion for service, family and continual growth.
